HER STORY 🌸

Aktualisiert: 25. Okt. 2023

Her Story, our recent all-women flower power event, brought together a small group of start-ups and experts in a safe and exclusive environment. This unique event provided a safe space for female attendees to open up and connect, creating an impactful learning experience.

This event was proof that a safe space in a learning environment cannot be overstated. When people feel comfortable and safe, they are more likely to share their experiences, opinions, and ideas openly and honestly. This can lead to deeper connections and more productive discussions.

At Her Story, attendees could listen to various inspiring speakers, including Franziska Schmid, Madeline Metzsch, Regine Harr, Stella-Oriana Strüfing, and Friederike Trudzinski. These speakers shared valuable insights and advice that motivated and inspired attendees.

Some key takeaways from the event included showing your impact, using social reporting standards, and embodying your brand archetype. Attendees were also encouraged to sell to their ideal customers, communicate openly and honestly with co-founders, and share their personal stories.

Her Story's exclusivity and safe space make it a highly desirable option. Other events prioritising creating a safe and inclusive environment can also provide valuable experiences. Whether it's through attending workshops, networking events, or conferences, there are many opportunities to gain valuable insights and connect with like-minded individuals.

Living and breathing your brand values can attract like-minded customers who resonate with your message.

Here are a few key takeaways from the event:

Show Your Impact

Our speaker, Franziska Schmid, emphasised the importance of showing your impact as a startup. PHINEO gAG and social reporting standards can be helpful in this regard. Demonstrating your impact can attract investors and customers who share your values and mission.

Embody Your Brand Archetype: Be Your Testimonial

Madeline Metzsch encouraged participants to embody their brand archetype and be their own testimonials. Living and breathing your brand values can attract like-minded customers who resonate with your message.

Sell to Your 10 Ideal Customers and Make Them 150% Happy.

Regine Harr advised startups to focus on their ten ideal customers and make them 150% happy. By delivering exceptional customer service and experiences, you can create a loyal customer base that will spread the word about your product or service.

Communicate Openly and Honestly with Your Co-Founders

Stella-Oriana Strüfing stressed the importance of open and honest communication with co-founders. By establishing clear lines of communication and addressing issues head-on, you can avoid misunderstandings and build a strong foundation for your startup.

Share Your Personal Story

Finally, Friederike Trudzinski encouraged participants to share their personal stories. By being vulnerable and authentic, you can connect with customers and investors on a deeper level and create meaningful relationships.

By incorporating the lessons shared at the event, startups can improve their chances of success and positively impact the world.

In conclusion, Her Story was a highly successful event that prioritised creating a safe and exclusive environment for attendees to learn and connect. The event provided valuable insights and advice from inspiring speakers and emphasised the importance of a safe space in learning environments
